The management and cleaning staff were great, and I was really impressed by the
Overall cleanliness of the hotel and my room. It was nice to find modern amenities and comfortable bedding. I could hear noise from the hallway during the night, which disrupted my sleep.

Couple on a budget, but did the job
The room was clean and the staff were surprisingly helpful. I mean, I called the front desk about a Direct TV issue and they were there in like 15 minutes to fix it, not bad at all.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Had a great time with my friends! We loved exploring Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth and enjoyed some time at the beach. The hotel had a nice pool area where we relaxed after our adventures. Keep in mind, the place is a bit older, but it's a solid spot for hanging out with friends.
Our stay was almost ruined by a lack of cleanliness. We encountered some issues with pests in another review, which made us a bit uneasy. Just keep your expectations reasonable and arm yourself with bug spray!

great experience but missed breakfast variety
The value for staying here is fantastic! I was thrilled that the first pet stayed free, which can really add up. The cleanliness of the room was evident as everything smelled fresh and looked well-kept, contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere.
Breakfast options were limited, which was a letdown.

I loved how the hotel had easy access to both the St Augustine Foot Soldiers Monument and the aquarium, making my walks around the city enjoyable and convenient, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating during my stay too. I felt really comfortable having a smoke-free room that was clean and had a nice, cozy bed to return to after my day of exploring.

The front desk staff were warm and caring, making us feel welcome during our stay. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with the housekeeping staff taking pride in their work, but we encountered issues as our room wasn’t tidied up during our stay which left us short on soap and towels. Additionally, the lack of functional amenities like a working hair dryer and phone detracted from our experience. Dining options nearby were convenient, but limited breakfast choices were a letdown.
